What
you need to prepare:
3-4 plantains, sliced rounds
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. cloves
1-2 cups of GRACE COCONUT MILK
Method:
Combine all ingredients except the coconut
milk in a heavy saucepan. Add 1 cup of coconut milk and simmer
over low heat until plantains are very tender and milk is
absorbed. Add more milk if necessary. Serve hot.
