What you need to prepare:

2 cups water
1 packet GRACE FISH TEA SOUP MIX
¼ cup escallion (chopped)
3 sprigs thyme (chopped)
1 cup GRACE RICE
1 cup GRACE RED KIDNEY BEANS IN BRINE
1 cup GRACE BUTTER BEANS
¾ cup GRACE CALLALOO IN SALTED WATER

With a preparation time of only 3 minutes (cooking time 32 minutes) it sure proves once again that good meals don't need to be a lot of work.

  • Bring the water to a boil
  • add packet of Grace Fish Tea and Soup Mix, chopped escallion, thyme and Grace Rice.
  • Cover and simmer on low flame until most of the water evaporates.
  • Drain, then add Grace Beans and callaloo to rice.
  • Cover and continue to simmer until grains become tender.
